PENGANTAR SISA PARAGRAF SELANJUTNYA

Read more!

PENGANTAR SISA PARAGRAF SELANJUTNYA

Rabu 16th, cuaca Jakarta emang labil banget. Siang panas terik tiba-tiba sore ujan badai. Okey, gw iya iya aja. Awalnya sih lancar jalanan. Eh pas udah sampe jalan Woltermongonsidi banyak banget pohon gede tumbang. Nutupin jalan. Sampe puter balik berapa kali, tapi selalu ada pohon tumbang. Sumpah kaya di games petualang. LOL. Suara ujan berubah jadi tok tok tok tok, yes, Jakarta ujan es. Okey, ini makin absurd. Supir taxi makin galau. Setelah melewati jalan yang super complicated, penuh tantangan, banjir pula, sampai lah di bunderan senayan. Si supir taxi, ambil jalur cepat, karena emang jalur lambat ga gerak sama sekali. Ternyata depan FX banjir parah. Se betis orang dewasa gitu. Nah loh! Read more!

PENGANTAR SISA PARAGRAF SELANJUTNYA

Senin 13th, entah kenapa gw melakukan sesuatu yang seharusnya ga gw lakukan. Dan klo orang nanya, “why you did it?” Well, after I sent a risky text, one minute seems like an eternity. Entah ya, emang waktu itu gw baru bangun tidur dan lagi ga fit, jadi pikiran gw kacau. Yasudah, yang terjadi biarlah terjadi. #GalauMoment Read more!

My Activities

Waktu sma gw ga ikutan OSIS, gw ga se-aktif sekarang. Jadi, awalnya gw ikutan Indonesian Future Leaders, diterima sebagai member, dan periode berikutnya gw naik jadi staff internal. Disini gw menjadi kontributor bulletin internal IFL. Projek-projek yang pernah gw ikutin School of Volunteers dan I Speak for MDGs.

Taun pertama kuliah gw sempet ikutan Hima Manajemen, bertanggung jawab sebagai staff external. Trus, di tahun berikutnya gw nyalonin diri sebagai wakil ketua hima, sayangnya gw kalah. Hehehe. Trus, gw ga apply hima, bukan karna kalah trus dendam. Tapi gw mau fokus di luar kampus. Yg menurut gw lebih menantang dan menyenangkan.

Karena passion gw adalah di marketing, jdi gw coba melangkah lebih awal untuk dapet ilmu dan buka networking, so gw ikutan Campus Marketeers Club by MarkPlus.Inc.

Gw ikutan Young on Top Campus Ambassadors. Seneng banget punya mentor yang luar biasa. Thanks a lot. buat mas Billy Boen, mas Ricky Setiawan, mas Yonatan, mas Taufan Akbari, dan mas Yan. Sejak ikutan YOT CA gw jadi open minded banget. Gw dapet energi positif untuk pengembangan diri gw. Gw belajar tentang betapa pentingnya on time, betapa gw harus berusaha keras untuk mencapai cita-cita gw.

Knowledge Management in My Life (part 2)

I want to share a little about my organizations experiences. Now on, I am the coordinator of printing and publication division of Indonesian Future Leaders and UNDP. For the first time, I do 100.000 postcards and 500 posters tender. I learnt how to have excellent presentation and get partnership. I can’t get that experience if I don’t join IFL. This experience will be useful because I want to take marketing management concentrate.

Well, last 4th July on Indonesia Youth Conference Festival I was the Liaison Officer of Speaker: Arief Rachman (pengamat pendidikan), Beben Supendi and Muhammad Assad. I never imagine have a chat with those people. Last month on Indonesian Future Leaders event I met and have a chat with Arrend (US Embassy), Marcos Diaz (The famous swimmer), The Dominican Republic Embassy, Arief Rachman, Wilson (from UNDP) and many more. Really glad to met them. :D

What is the implication on business? I think that a good company must have a good recruitment system too. IP brings us to the job interview, but our organization experiences bring us to the real job. Just the best of the best people can pass the interview ant test selection. The company will have a good performance if the employees are always learning and creative. The employee who has wide networking can be the good assets for the company. The productive employees can get points and coins like Mam Iin said. She do research and writing on website (An active website, which is always have newest info, can create a good image, I mean public trust). The most important thing is share and receive info on internal mailing list.

At the last paragraph I want to conclude my writing. The point is I already do my knowledge management. I do knowledge management on acquisition such as making a good relationship, discuss, having FGD, attending seminars or conference, reading articles, news. I do the dissemination such as building blog and note, having social media like facebook and twitter, having book discussion (bedah buku) in my campus. And I gain the use of benefit from knowledge management such as get involving the organization and having more friends. Okay I feel that my knowledge management it is not good enough; I have to resolve to be better and better. Be success. Amen.

Knowledge Management in My Life (part 1)

By: Indah Dewi Novrinta

Who am I actually? Don’t have to tell in a long story, I am a management student in Paramadina University. Flash back a year ago, I really wanted to have study International Relationship but by the time I changed my mind and chose Management. I want to be entrepreneur; I have to choose business school. There are many campus recommended such as BSM, IPM, PPM, IBS and Prasetya Mulya. But those business school fees are really expensive; my parents do not have enough money so that I can not continue study at business school. Finally I chose Paramadina University. I proud to be Paramadina student and I have learnt a lot from Paramadina.

I have a high and big passion active in organizations whether in internal or external campus. I join Young on Top Campus Ambassador, Indonesian Future Leaders, Marketing Club, HIMA Management and Indonesia Youth Conference Festival. I try so hard to reach my goals. The only one big barrier is my parent my parents never like if I active in organization. They just stick on academic or GPA. I don’t really matter with my GPA as long as not under the average. In my principle, the high GPA does not worth if we don’t have the organization experience. IP brings us to the job interview, but our organization experiences bring us to the real job. I have gain a lot of benefits from joining the organization, such as:
1. Make a lot of friends
2. Meet successes people
3. Wider my networking
4. Learning leadership
5. Learn how to be responsible people.

About share and receive. My English lecture, Mam Iin Mayasari, always gives us good articles in class every week. I get lots knowledge from those articles. She shares the articles to us and receives the additional knowledge from the students. Many students do research and write. Doing research and writing are actually learning and building up our knowledge. I don’t really like research but I like writing. I like writing and sharing info on facebook note, twitter account and my blog.

I follow success people like Dino Pati Djalal, Hermawan, Billy Boen, Yoris Sebastian, Silmy Karim, Muhammad Assad, Sandiaga Uno, Guinandra Lutfhan, Iman Usman and others. I can know the newest info about them. They always share their good quotes. I love to read their inspiring quotes. Yeah, learning is never ending. I shocked when hear that Lech Walesa have 30 honorary master from many best universities which is Ivy League, like Harvard. It is unbelievable. He never stopped to study. It motivated me to continue study till post graduate, even Ph.D. Amen.

The way we learning and studying is as important as what we learning and studying. One of the ways we learning are learning from mistakes. This sentence is popular “Learn from your own mistakes”. Learn from own mistake is important, but it is as important as learn from other people’s mistakes. How to learn from other people’s mistakes? First, notice other people and the occasion around you. Second, try maximal not to do the things which have negative affect. Do not ever feel cleverer than other people, be humble please. No matter who you are now, successful people, will be successful or not successful, humble is one of keys to success. Most successful people are arrogant. That is not good, because it can make people hate you.
